Answer: Leiomyoma

Leiomyomas are rare, benign, smooth muscle neoplasms. Piloleiomyomas are the most common type of Leiomyomas in the skin and usually present as multiple lesions in early adolescence as firm papules or nodules.

They are characteristically painful in response to pressure or low temperature.

Facial piloleiomyomas are infrequent.

Patients with multiple Leiomyomas should be screened for renal cancer, and women should be referred for regular gynecological evaluations to rule out uterine Leiomyomas.
