Answer: Cutaneous Pseudolymphoma |
|
Cutaneous pseudolymphoma usually presents as a solitary nodule, mostly as a reactive process. Although histologically, it resembles lymphoma but the manner is quite benign. This case responded dramatically to intralesional injection of triamcinolone as you can see in the below picture.
