What is your diagnosis for this 2-year-old girl?

She referred by her parents for disseminated scaly plaques on her trunk and extremities which were existed  since birth. Parents are consanguineous. Brittle hair was another significant finding in dermatological examinations. What do you suggest as therapy?

Diagnosis: Netterton's syndrome
